My signature fudge is 'SPUD' shaped like a baked potato topped with the look of a dollop of sour cream and a pat of golden butter. Each 'SPUD' fudge has foil wrapped around the bottom of the 'SPUD' for the "authentic" baked potato look.

Martha Stewart, in reading an article in the DAILY CANDY, an online candy newspaper out of New York, requested some 'SPUD' Fudge samples from Sandee. This fun and festive gift basket was prepared for her and her staff. After the 'tasting', (which Martha Stewart raved about), Sandee was asked to come on her show and teach everyone how to make the delectable delight of 'SPUD' Fudge.
